Shipping & Delivery

1. DELIVERY DATE

Currently, the total delivery time includes processing time and shipping time.

Processing Time: 2-5 business days.

Premium Shipping:7-12 days.

Express Shipping:6-10 days.

  • Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to different locations, customs clearance procedures, or other causes. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

1. Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping for orders over $79.

 3. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location. 

 4. Tracking

If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly to investigate. We will not be responsible for lost packages with “delivered” tracking status.

After your package is shipped (after 1-5 business days processing time), please allow another 1-2 days for tracking information to update. Please feel free to contact us if the estimated delivery date has passed, or if you have any concerns regarding the shipping status.

 5. CANCELLATION/CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
